This Diet is using losing weight by not taking meat.



  1. To Lose Weight Vegetarian Slim Down Program.

    (06.00am) Breakfast. Coffee + 1 Wholemeal Breads With Butter/Jam/Peanut Butter + Yogurt (for easy shitting).

    (09.00am) Morning Snack. Fruits. Drink many DIY (Do It Yourself) Fruit Juices/Purified water when hungry.

    (12.00pm) Lunch. Eggs + Tofu + Vegetable + Porridge. Eggs & tofu for minimum proteins & fats. Watery Porridge for easy digestion.

    (03.00pm) Afternoon Snack. Same as Morning Snack.

    (06.00pm) Dinner. Salad. No rice. Can eat vegetable dishes only from vegetable rice stalls.

    (09.00pm) Night Snack. Same as Morning Snack.

  2. To Maintain Weight Vegetarian Slim Down Program.

    (06.00am) Breakfast. Coffee + 3 Wholemeal Breads With Butter/Jam/Peanut Butter + Yogurt (for easy shitting).

    (12.00pm) Lunch. Eggs + Tofu + Vegetable + Rice. Eggs & Tofu for minimum proteins & fats.

    (06.00pm) Dinner. Eggs + Tofu + Vegetable + Rice. Eggs & Tofu for minimum proteins & fats.

    (*) Night Snack. 2 Half Boiled Eggs + Solid Marriage Sex.

  3. Ideal BMI.

    (01) For Male BMI = best is 24.

    (02) For Female BMI best is 22-23.

    (03) To calculate BMI = (weight kg)/(height m)/(height m). For example, my weight = 69kg & my height = 1.68m. Then my BMI = (69)/(1.68)/(1.68)=24 BMI. Now 2017. Don't know.

  4. Warning!

    (01) 27/01/2011. Although this Vegetarian Slim Down Program has reduced my tummy of 1 inch. Therefore the feel of p organduring sexual intercourse increases 1 inch. But because of lower eggs intake, me has lesser sex drive, lesser morning erections & shorter p organ size. Once lose my weight to 71 kg switching & teaching my new many eggs diet. When you want to lose weight, maintain decrease foods intake. When you want to maintain weight, increase optimum balanced food intake (input foods energy = output actions energy).

    (02) 29/01/2011. Start taking half boiled eggs night snack. Surprisingly still lose weight. Now able to have erections & better sex drive.
